Using the SCOME technique, this report achieves the following:

Return the latest Transactional Log sizes for all databases on all or one linked SQL Server(s). Optionally filter for logs of a minimum size and/or percentage of free space within the transactional log. Example. Return all sizes of all Transactional Logs that are 2000MB in size or larger and at least 80% of the 2000MB is space that can be freed.

The DBA can retrieve the above using SCOME and dbcc sqlperf("logspace").
